About 

STELIOS has been incorporated to act as an Investment Manager for setting up a SEBI-registered AIF CAT III Long/Short fund. “Stelios India Opportunities Fund” would be an Absolute return fund designed to generate absolute returns irrespective of market direction. STELIOS has received Series A international Venture Capital funding through Alarabi Investments Company Limited, registered in DIFC, Dubai, to start India-focused and global hedge funds and establish Investment Managers for the same. The Investment Managers would look to set-up diversified multi-strategy long-short hedge fund styled funds targeting absolute return managed on a non-discretionary basis through Algorithmic Trading for sophisticated investors. Apart from AIF CAT-III fund, STELIOS is mandated to launch an offshore FPI CAT-II fund based out onshore of Mauritius with an objective of investing in Indian markets and a QIF 3C global hedge fund based out of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) with an objective of investing in GCC and Global markets.

Key staff

Harjeet Singh Founder, Board Member & CEO-Harjeet has been a serial entrepreneur in FinTech, EdTech and Capital Markets. He is a Financial Mathematician and Alumnus of Stanford University. He has varied global markets experience in international Investment banks and MNCs. He has worked as Consultant and Sector Specialist to the Ministry of Finance, Govt of India.

Mohammad Algaith Board Member & Director-Mohammad is the CEO of a DIFC registered VC fund which has invested into Stelios Investment Manager through Series-A VC Funding. He has worked several years for Capital Markets Authority, KSA and has in -depth understanding of regulations and execution of private and public funds.
