Jyotin Shastri (Executive Director): he has served as the CFO of the Prince Group for 18 years. And for the last 5 years, Mr. Shastri has been handling financial activities at Roha. He is specialized in Financial Planning & Analysis, Fund Management, Budgeting, Treasury Management, Compliances, Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamation, and Acquisitions along with foreign party collaboration.
