About the AMC
- ASK group was started in 1983. Promoted by Mr. Asit Koticha and Mr. Sameer Koticha.
- Group of companies –
- ASK Investment Managers – is the holding company of ASK Group, is a leading private discretionary money management firm in India.
- ASK Wealth Advisors – Started in mid-2007, it is an independent Wealth Advisory and Family Office firm providing wealth management solutions to individuals and trusts.
- ASK Property Investment Advisors – It is a venture of ASK Group set up to manage and advise real estate dedicated funds.
- ASK Pravi Capital Advisors – A joint venture between ASK Group and Pravi Capital, concentrates on investments in lower mid-market companies benefitting from domestic consumption growth in India and are the investment managers for ASK Pravi Private Equity Opportunities Fund.
- Key staff: Chetan Thacker (portfolio manager), Prateek Agrawal (CIO) and Sumit Jain (portfolio manager).
- Mr Chetan has previously worked with McKinsey, HSBC InvestDirect, Emkay Global Financial services. His qualifications include CFA (ICFAI University) and PGDBM (NMIMS).
- Mr Prateek holds an MBA from XIMB. His previous employer includes ABN Amro Asset Management Company, Bharti Axa IM.
- Mr Sumit has worked with First global tracking US macroeconomic. He is a Post graduate in management from Mumbai University.
Investment Philosophy (for firm)
