Key staff

Amit Ratanpal (Founder & Managing director) – Amit is a Harvard Business School alumnus with over 20 years of experience across Private Equity, Capital Markets, Asset Management and Investment Banking. He has advised and managed sizeable investments and exits along with building strong businesses across education and financial services sectors. 

Rk Rangan (Chairman) – Rangan is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry across Investment Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Consumer Banking. He is a specialist at strategic development and transformation of businesses and has held President/MD and CEO positions with large global corporates.

Reshma Krishnan (Principal) – Reshma has over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory and entrepreneurship. Her expertise lies in buy-side and sell-side cross-border M&A and private equity syndication across multiple sectors. She holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad and is an alumna of Oxford Brookes University, UK.

Vrajesh Panchal (Associate) – Vrajesh has over 3 years of experience across venture capital, operations and project management. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from KJSCE, Mumbai and has also pursued Financial Analysis Prodegree from Imarticus Learning.
