About the AMC
- Tamil Nadu Shelter Fund (TNSF) invests in affordable housing and/or in-situ livelihood infrastructure, and by doing so emancipates vulnerable people and economically weaker sections. It aims to create social impact by reducing the environmental footprint of beneficiaries, improving living conditions and livelihood.
- Vidhya Bharathi graduated from Anna University with an MBA.
- She has hands on experience in investment research, portfolio management and corporate restructuring & project finance. Prior to joining TNIFMC, she worked with CRISIL as Lead Analyst and was involved in investment research mainly covering APAC Infrastructure.
Investment Philosophy (for firm)
Core philosophy is to cross-subsidize free/below cost housing with higher-cost real estate projects and in-situ.
TNSF shall invest in public, private and PPP projects. It will also invest in both ownership and rental assets.
