Bengaluru-based real estate firm QVC Realty launched a Rs 500-crore real estate fund with a green shoe option of Rs 300 crore.
QVC India Real Estate Trust Fund I is a domestic fund and would primarily invest in the residential segment across top eight cities such as Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata.
