About the AMC

Abhishek Singhal: Abhishek is ex-head of Asian Healthcare Research at Macquarie Capital Securities leading the coverage for almost a decade. He has a diverse experience in the healthcare space spanning Industry, Buy side and the Sell Side.             Dion Stefan Buchner: Dion brings on table combined clinical/scientific skills acquired             as pathologist, with ten years’ experience as financial analyst, at J.P. Morgan Securities and Fidelity Investments.

Fund Structure/Strategy

Perpetuity Ventures LLP is into fund management with focus on investments in Indian equities market. Promoted by people with rich experience in the financial services and core industry sectors, it is Investment Manager to SEBI Registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund.

Perpetuity Ventures has launched its maiden fund. The Fund would be focused on creating value for its investors by investing in a strong portfolio of companies which are driven by underlying business growth and fundamentals over a period of at least 2-3 years holding period. Towards this end, Perpetuity Ventures will follow a very disciplined and research driven approach to investing. 

Health Care Focused: 40-60% of the portfolio in Healthcare sector (including Pharma) Rest in sectors driven by demographic changes and household spending.

Demography Driven: India’s demography presents opportunities in consumer-spending driven and under-served areas such as healthcare, durables, infrastructure etc.

Concentrated Portfolio: Well researched 12-18 stocks backed by rigorous due diligence.

Quality Conscious: Focus on quality of business, quality of earnings and quality of management.

Restrictions: No single stock to have more than 10% weightage Market cap agnostic.
