Validus Wealth has secured strategic investment from LGT Group, a leading international Private Banking and Asset Management Group owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein. While LGT has acquired a substantial majority stake in the company, the remaining share continue to be held by the management team. The transaction is expected to conclude subject to the Indian financial regulatory approval.
